New to Christ
Congratulations on your newfound faith. According to the Bible, you are saved, forgiven, and going to Heaven. Nothing can take away your salvation. Now that you have accepted Christ as your Savior, it is important to take the next steps.
First Step
Get baptized. Baptism doesn’t make you a believer—it shows that you already believe. It is an important act of obedience for every believer and identifies you with Jesus Christ. Baptism does not “save” you; only your faith in Christ does that.

Matthew 28:19
